Shipping Information

All orders containing in-stock merchandise will ship within 48 hours from the time your order is placed, unless you receive an email from us stating otherwise. For items that are on backorder, you will be notified when they are back in stock and they will ship within 48 hours from that time.

Shipping Rates

Purchases over $100 ship free within the Continental U.S. Please use code FREESHIP100 at checkout. For all other orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your items. For orders outside the Continental U.S. international standard shipping rates apply.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not, we’re happy to accommodate you with a full refund of the amount paid (less shipping charges) within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. PLEASE NOTE: all sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any merchandise returned after the 14 day window will be offered in store credit only. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.

How to return

To return or exchange your order, please email us at shopprivyclothing@gmail.com to receive a Return Authorization Number and a shipping label. Items cannot be returned or exchanged without this number or label. Please allow us 48 hours to send your Return Authorization number.

Before returning your items, please make sure your return fits the following requirements:

  • Return Authorization number was requested from shopprivyclothing@gmail.com within 14 days of customer receipt of the shipment.

  • After receiving your return authorization, you must ship your return/exchange within 5 days.

  • If your return is shipped after 5 days of receiving your return authorization, you will receive an online credit for your return.

  • All items must be returned in unworn condition with original tags and packaging.

  • Please package your items carefully to ensure damage does not occur during reshipment; customers will not be refunded for shipments that were packed improperly and were thus damaged in transit.

Please allow two weeks for us to receive and issue your refund, whether it be in original payment form or store credit.
